Optimum Garage Doors ("we", "us") is a garage door service and installation company based in Calgary, Alberta. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, by phone and by email, and what we do with it.
When you fill in our quote form, call or email us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, town or address, and details about your garage door. Our website host may also log basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Only the people needed to do the job: our crews, a local partner technician if one is sent to your area, and the services we use to run the business (website hosting, email and accounting). Each only gets what they need.
We keep job and invoice records as long as needed for warranty and tax purposes. Quote requests that don't turn into a job are deleted when they're no longer needed.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. We handle personal information in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
